Grand Community is the first service platform around the world that offers bulk influencer marketing in over 15 countries with over 15000 influential figures in various fields. Influencers and Content Creators can sign up to our platform and have different collaborations offered to them from over 1000 brands, and have their collaborations gathered and sorted all in one place.

The purpose of our platform is to serve both influencers and brands and to make interactions and communications easier for both parties, and to maintain the level of our services and make continuous improvements so that our platform becomes the number one place and reference for every brand and influencer around the world.

1. Registration and Approval

   • Both brands and influencers can sign up for free using their personal "Email" and "Password." All accounts are reviewed by Grand Community and may take up to 2 days for approval.
   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and are liable for all activities conducted under their membership. If a password is compromised, users must notify Grand Community immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

   • Brands:
     • Brands are charged for campaign management services, not for influencer fees.
     • Brands must not engage in unlawful activities, such as sharing harmful or illegal content, impairing the site’s operation, or attempting unauthorized access.
   • Influencers:
     • Influencers can accept or reject any campaign invitations. Once an influencer agrees to participate (e.g., attending an event or reviewing products), they are responsible for providing the agreed-upon coverage or may need to return products or cover costs as specified in the campaign details
     • Grand Community does not pay influencers for their services, nor does it handle any payment transactions for influencer compensation.

• Grand Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform operations temporarily or permanently at any time without prior notice.
• The platform may restrict users' access or password use if deemed necessary for any reason.
• Information shared by members may be posted, copied, or moved within the site by Grand Community as appropriate.
